* We have a variety of shapes and sizes from 5” - 12” tins for you to choose from. * Portions for single cakes vary from 10 to 100 pieces or more, the table above is based around square shaped cakes divided into pieces with an average measurement of 1”x 2”, with a depth of 3”. Number shaped cakes serve between 24 - 100 pieces depending on size required.
* If you want to have your wedding cake pre-sliced and given to guests in a favour box to take away, portions tend to go a little further for example, 58 pieces can be cut from an 8” square fruit cake and 46 pieces from a sponge.
